Breakfast: Oatmeal with apples, cinnamon, and flax seeds
Snack: Bananas with almond butter
Lunch: Pinto bean burgers, strawberries
Snack: Brown rice cake with tahini
Dinner: Soba stir fry with broccoli, nappa cabbage, carrots, wakame seaweed, miso
